PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the simplification of the structure of a mobile car and a reduction, etc., in production cost by forming car body frames of a low-rigidity material. SOLUTION: This sulky type rice transplanter is obtained by installing pipe members 71 having the nearly same length as the installation interval between axle cases 5 and 7 for attaching front and rear wheels 6 and 8, connecting both ends of the pipe members 71 to car body frames 3, providing the pipe members 71 nearly parallel to the car body frames 3 on the lower side of the car body frames 3 when viewed from the side, curving and forming the ends of the pipe members 71 into the shape surrounding the undersurface side of the axle case 5 attached to the car body frames 3 so as to carry out free rolling and connecting the pipe members 71 to the car body frames 3 on the front and rear sides of the axle case 5 in the sulky type rice transplanter.
