PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb an input load at the time of a head-on collision with securing a support rigidity of a stabilizer bracket by allowing backward and forward displacement. SOLUTION: In this stabilizer attaching bracket structure, a stabilizer bracket 16 hung across a front cross member 2 and a side frame 1 supports a stabilizer 11 of a front suspension 8. An attaching part of the stabilizer bracket 16 to the front cross member 2 is formed with load absorbing means 22, 23, which allow relative displacement between the front cross member 2 and the stabilizer bracket 16 when a load from the front of a vehicle is applied to the front cross member 2.
