PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always uniformly and efficiently mix a powder and a liquid, and at the same time, eliminate the residue of the unhumidified powder by injecting the liquid into a capsule in which a calcium phosphate powder is housed, mixing the capsule for a specified period of time by fixing the capsule in a mixing device, and then, taking out a product from the capsule. SOLUTION: A liquid is injected into a capsule in which a calcium phosphate powder is housed, preferably under an aseptic state. Then, the capsule is fixed in a mixing device, preferably in a desorption bag, and after mixing the capsule for a specified period of time, a product is taken out from the capsule. For example, the capsule is rapidly shaken in the horizontal direction and fixed in a commercial mixing device for dental use, and the powder and the liquid are always uniformly and efficiently mixed. By this method, the mixing time for, e.g. α-BSM (bone substituting material) can be reduced to 15 sec or lower, and at the same time, a compression strength which is higher compared with a manual mixing, can be ensured. Also, the same effect can be seen in the case of a bio-cement. |
