PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrial robot capable of stacking not only a work of a box body and a bag body but also an optional work in a stable style of packing on a pallet. SOLUTION: When working information concerning a work 2 to be stacked on a pallet 8, a stacking pattern 23a and the pallet 8 is inputted, a stacking position of each of the work 2 is computed by respectively referring to a stacking pattern information file 23 and a pallet information file 22, a stacking indication position is computed by correcting the stacking position to stack the work 2 at a more proper position against this stacking position and the work 2 is stacked in accordance with this stacking indication position.
