PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To join members to be joined in good appearance though a dimension and shape of end parts of the members to be joined are not in a high precision. SOLUTION: In a joining structure of members, in which two hollow members 12, 14 to be joined are substantially joined by a joint member 10, the joint member 10 has fitting parts 16, 18 to be inserted to end parts of the members 12, 14 to be joined, flange parts 26, 28 to cover end edges 12E, 14E of the member to be joined are integrally arranged to the joint member. Flange parts 26, 28 are integrally connected against a center wall 20, which integrally connects the fitting parts 16, 18, respectively by support walls 22, 24 and are arranged apart from a surface of the fitting parts 16, 18 by a plate thickness of the member to be joined. The joint member 10 is formed by cutting an extruded material having the same cross section as the joint member.
