<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a masking film combined with a substrate such as paper or not combined therewith for coating a surface part with varnish. SOLUTION: A film is equipped with at least one layer of a polar absorbing material and a material thereof is pref. an engineering polymer. The absorbing material is usually a polymer such as polyamide, polycarbonate, polybutene terephthalate, polyethylene terephthalate, a polyether block amide, a polyether block ester, a polyurethane/ether block copolymer, a blend of a polymer and a polyolefin or a mixture of them. The film contains several layers, that is 3, 5, 7 or more layers usually.</p> |
