<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter for a ceramic raw body product wherein a replacement interval of a thin wire can be long, the thin wire can attain a long life, and replacement of the thin wire is easy. SOLUTION: A thin wire 8 for cutting a ceramic raw body product stretched between a first arm 6-1 and a second arm 6-2 is made to be sent from one side to the other at a specific tension by a first thin wire holding part 10-1 and a second thin wire holding part 10-2. Then, a part of the thin wire 8 used for cutting does not always become the same part, is used only for cutting at most several times, and a cutting of thin wire 8 during cutting work can be prevented from being generated.</p> |
