PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the supply of a data storing medium unabled to loan balls to a player, by making them stand by inside. SOLUTION: This processor comprises a card inlet and outlet for inserting or discharging a card exchangeable for PACHINKO balls, card reader and writer 20a, 20b for making a card stand by inside read or write data therein, a data storing control means for storing inside as stored data, for supplying the stored data to a loaning control unit which loans balls to a player within the scope of the data, and for storing data by subtracting the data of actually supplied pinballs for loaning. As a result, when the data stored by the data storing control means enables to loan balls, a card standing by in a card stand-by section with the data written is supplied to the player, while when loaning balls is impossible, the card is made to stand by within the card stand-by section not to be supplied to the player. |
