PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely obtain a composition having a uniform composition ratio in manufacturing a composition of thermoplastic resin and rubber. SOLUTION: In the case of manufacturing a composition of thermoplastic resin and rubber, when bale-like or block-like rubber B is charged into a hopper 38 of a rubber melting machine 30, the rubber B is melted and kneaded with intake screws 38, 28, the rubber B is further melted and kneaded by a screw 34 of an auxiliary extruder 32, and fed into a main extruder 20 through a filter 42. Then, when pellet-like or powdery thermoplastic resin A is charged into the main extruder 20 from a constant feeder 28, the thermoplastic resin A and the rubber B in the melted state are melting kneaded with two shaft screws 24, 24, and the composition of the thermoplastic resin A and the rubber B is extruded through a filter 29. |
