PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a lightweight, low-cost synthetic resin laminate, having high bending strength and bending elastic modulus and also a sleeper using the synthetic resin laminate. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin laminate is provided with a core material layer 1 composed of a synthetic resin containing filler 11 and fiber reinforced synthetic layers resin layer 2 and 2 so laminated as to coat both wall surfaces in the thickness direction and both wall surfaces in the width direction of the core material layer 1 and provided with reinforced fibers oriented toward the longitudinal direction of the core material layer 1. Beams reinforcing the core material are provided in a manner of being embedded into the core material layer all over the longitudinal direction of the core material layer 1, and the beams are preferably so set as to be brought into contact with fiber reinforced synthetic resin layers 2 and 3 on both ends of the thickness direction of the core material layer 1. |
