PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a reliability by supplying a control signal to a pressure adjusting means in order to rise the output pressure of a pressure adjusting means when a measurement gas supply flow rate is lower than a setting value. SOLUTION: An abdomen is pierced by an aeroperitoneum needle 17c, the various kinds of input switches of an operating part 15 are operated, an intraabdominal setting pressure and the setting flow rate of supply gas are set and a start button is operated. Then gas is supplied from a gas cylinder 2a into a celom through a supply duct 6 by flow rate control. In this case, a control part 14 detects an intraabdominal pressure with sensors 13a and 13b. Then a difference between the intraabdominal setting pressure set by the operating part 15 and the actual pressure is normally monitored. In case the difference is large, a control voltage corresponding to the flow rate setting value is impressed on an electropneumatic ratio valve 9 and the flow rate of flowing gas is controlled with the valve 9. Thus the intraabdominal pressure is quickly set to be the required one.
