PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the new hoisting configuration capable of easily balancing a cargo in a hoisting state while solving the problems on the wasteful reciprocation use in an unloading state found in a conventional slinging work. SOLUTION: This hoisting auxiliary fixture of a crane comprises a hoisting accessory body 4 hoisted by a hook 5 of the crane, and a rod body 3 forming the arm parts 1, 2 projecting from this hoisting accessory 4 symmetrically left and right. On this occasion, the hoisting accessory body 4 is provided with a driving means 8 for moving the rod body 3 in the forward and backward directions, the sling 15, 15 for sliding work extended from a cargo, are hung on the arms 1, 2, and the rod body 3 is moved forwardly and backwardly to the hoisting accessory body 4 by the driving means 8 for adjusting the balance of this cargo.
