PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry a large quantity of a printed paper sheet by constituting a paper sheet receiving table separably in the paper sheet stacked state from an elevator means side body of a paper sheet receiving device for a rotary stencil printer. SOLUTION: A paper sheet receiving part 16 has a paper sheet receiver cover 30 for covering printed paper sheet discharged from a device body 12, from above, and an elevator device for elevating a paper sheet receiving table 100. The paper sheet receiver cover 30 is rotatably fixed to the device body 12 and liftable upward as shown by a chain line to open the upper part of the paper sheet receiving table 100 so as to easily take out the printed paper sheet placed on the paper sheet receiving table 100. A guide set screw 37 for setting the paper sheet discharge direction position of a stop guide 36, and a guide set screw 39 for setting the paper sheet width direction position of a width guide plate 38 are protruded from the upper face of the paper sheet receiver cover 30, and paper sheet of different sizes can be coped with by these guide set screws 37, 39.
