PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically adjust the inclination, skew or the like of a hoisting accessory even when it generates. SOLUTION: This crane device comprises a first clinometer 41 for measuring the inclination to the horizontal in the main trolley 5 transverse direction of a hoisting accessory 8, a second clinometer 42 for measuring the inclination to the horizontal in the direction vertical to the main trolley 5 transverse direction of the hoisting accessory 8, the TV cameras 45, 46 mounted on the main trolley 5 for respectively detecting the relative displacement to the markers 43, 44 installed on two points of an upper surface of the hoisting accessory 8, and a controller 49 for automatically controlling the tilting cylinders 34, 35, 36, 37 corresponding to the inclinations measured by the first and second clinometers 41, 42, and the relative displacement measured by the TV cameras 45, 46.
