PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a stable paper feeding at the time of recording on a recording sheet with a recording device. SOLUTION: In a process of feeding a recording sheet P to a designated image recording part, a paper feeding assist member 120 is inserted between a back plate 106 and a paper feeding means and, a recording sheet P is inserted between the paper feeding assist member 120 and the paper feeding means. The length of a bottom surface of the paper feeding assist members 120 of a side view is between 1/2L and 1/1L of the distance L from the back plate 106 to a separating claw 103 and an angle against a surface for loading the recording sheet adjacent to the bottom surface of the paper feeding assist member 120 side by side is between 30 and 90 degree.
