PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneading apparatus having a hermetically sealed built-up body capable of hermetically sealing surely a working component which is rotated and reciprocated for a long period of time. SOLUTION: A hermetically sealed built-up body 4 is placed between a housing 2 and a working component 1, and includes a support built-up body 5 to be applied so as to accept the first hermetically sealing means 16 and the second hermetically sealing means (diaphragm) 24. The support built-up body 5 is connected to the working component 1 so as to be reciprocated together with the working component 1. Then, the first hermetically sealing means 16 is applied so as to carry out hermetically sealing operation to rotation of the working component means, and placed between the working component means and the support built-up body 5. The second hermetically sealing means 2 is applied so as to carry out hermetically sealing reciprocal operation of the working component 1, and placed between the support built-up body 5 and the housing 2.
