PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with the periodical cleaning work of a robot or to elongate an interval of its cleanings, and to consist both of the sanitary management and the improvement in the productivity in the field of the manufacturing of chemicals by providing a coating layer having antibacterial function at least on the part of an outer surface. SOLUTION: The covers 5, 6, 7 are provided by shaping an antibacterial resin having the antibacterial function prepared by mixing a zinc oxide whisker as antibacterial metal, into a thermoplastic resin because they do not need the mechanical strength, so that they are made of a resin material for its lightening. Further all the outer surface 4 excluding the covers 5, 6, 7 and a flange part 8, is baked finished with an antibacterial coating material prepared by mixing the zinc oxide whisker as antibacterial metal into the coating material, and the Ag plating of antibacterial metal is applied to an outer surface of the flange part 8. A coating film having both of rust-proof function and antibacterial function provided by these coating film and plating film, can be formed.
