PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoformed object excellent in touch and design effect and hard to stain by forming the same from a vinyl chloride polymer- polyurethane composite (PVC-PU composite). SOLUTION: A thermoformed object is formed from a PVC-PU composite. The temp. of a heater at a time of the molding of the thermoformed object is pref. 200-700 deg.C and a heating time is pref. 10 sec-10 min. A vinyl chloride polymer is selected from a vinyl chloride homopolymer, a chlorinated vinyl chloride polymer, a vinyl chloride copolymer obtained by the random, graft or block copolymerization of a vinyl chloride monomer and at least one monomer copolymerizable therewith and a mixture of two or more kinds of these polymers. The polymn. degree of the vinyl chloride polymer is suitably set to 1,000-4,000 because the processability of the thermoformed object at a time of molding is especially excellent. The amt. of polyurethane is pref. 30-600 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the vinyl chloride polymer in order to develop good molding processability at a time of the production of the thermoformed object.
