PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the manufacture at a low cost by reducing the Z-bending of a hot dipped aluminized steel sheet which has required many processes and have been inferior in productivity into one process. SOLUTION: Bending is achieved under a condition to satisfy an inequality of C/Ry>=exp. (-1.40 Rp/t+5.41), where t (mm) is a thickness of a hot dipped aluminized steel sheet, Rp (mm) is a radius at the tip of a bending punch, Ry (μm) is a surface roughness of the bending punch, and C (%) is the percentage of the value of the thickness of the hot dipped aluminized steel sheet subtracted from the gap between the bending punch and a die, divided by the thickness of the hot dipped aluminized steel sheet.
