PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stub wing combining aerodynamic shape and gliding hydrodynamic shape. SOLUTION: An aerodynamic/hydrodynamic amphibian aircraft 1 has a fuselage 10 provided with stub wings 100 extended outward and downward from both sides of a lower part 5 so as to regulate inverted channels 15 with substantially constant cross-sectional shape. Each stub wing 100 has a front part 110 fixed to the fuselage 10, and a movable rear part 120. The rear part 120 is smoothly tapered toward a rear end edge 122. When the rear part 120 is in a flying position, the front part 110 and the rear part 120 are formed into aerodynamic shape of a symmetric aero-wing smooth with low resistance. When the rear part 120 ascends, each front part is changed into a gliding hull, leaving a hydrodynamic step part 112 at the lower face of the front part.
