PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend and loosen each thread accurately to cut a tail part of the thread accurately in a connection device for thread connecting and intertwining two threads. SOLUTION: A pair of clampers 3 are arranged on both sides of an intertwining means 1, each thread is clamped by a clamper and is extended and loosened, each thread is intertwined by the intertwining means, a twisting stopper 12 and a cutting means are fixed on each clamper, the propagation of twisting of thread is prevented by a twisting stop means, and a tail part of thread is cut by a cutting means.
