PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a running-over of soil from a conveyor arranged below a hopper with a simple construction. SOLUTION: A seal piece 6 is attached at a bottom end of a chute 3 arranged below a hopper 1 and a conveyer 1 is arranged below the chute 3. The conveyer 11 consist of links 13 connected in an endless shape by pins 12 and a conveyer plate 14 attached to the outer surface of the links 13. A pair of left and right covers 30 that consist of a side cover 31 maintaining a designated clearance from the side surface of the conveyer plate 14, and an under cover 32 maintaining a designated clearance from the bottom surface of the conveyer plate 14 are attached at the outside of the chute 3. Labyrinths are formed between the bottom surface of the seal piece 6 and the conveyer plate 14, and between the side cover 31 and the side surface of the conveyer plate 14, and between the under cover 32 and the bottom surface of the conveyer plate 14 to prevent running-over of soil.
