PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dust from occurring and dispersing at scraping a bulky object. SOLUTION: The bucket wheel 4 on the extreme end of a boom 3 is provided with sprikling means 20 jetting water toward the outer circumferential side. The sprikling means 20 are fixed to the outer circumferential part of the bucket wheel 4 and positioned near the opening parts of respective buckets 19 provided on the bucket wheel 4, and provided with a plurality of sprinkling nozzles 24 jetting water into a flat fan-shape so as to close the opening part. The sprinkling means 20 is provided with a distribution tube 25, and the distribution tube 25 is connected to a water feed tube 11 fixed to the boom 3 through a rotary joint 28, on the rotation center of the bucket wheel 4.
