PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the backflow of small loose refuse (empty can, bottle or the like) and elastic refuse to the refuse input box side by delaying the return start of a pressing plate by a change-over switch to shorten the time of opening the rear opening of the refuse collecting box. SOLUTION: A cam plate 13 fixed to one end of a rotating shaft 5 is integrally rotated with a rotating plate 6. The return start detecting switch 14 of a pressing plate 8 is fixed to a switch mount base 15 in the position where the cam plate 13 is approached to close a contact only while the rotating plate 6 is rotated from the horizontal position to an avoiding position of about 45 deg., and the cam plate 13 is separated to open the contact when the rotating plate 6n is rotated to the avoiding position of about 45 deg.. The return start delay detecting switch 12 of the pressing plate 8 is similarly fixed in the position where the cam plate 13 is approached to close the contact only while the rotating plate 6 is rotated from this side of the avoiding position of about 45 deg. to an avoiding position of about 180 deg., and the cam plate 13 is separated to open the contact when the rotating plate 6 is rotated to the avoiding position of about 180 deg.. As occasion demands, both the detecting switches 14, 17 are electrically connected by a change-over switch.
