PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool capable of carrying out groove processing for any groove width without shortening a tool life, and making no increase of the number of blocks for a processing program for numerical control and no complicated production of the processing program. SOLUTION: A tool holder 13 having a tool shank 11 engaged with a tapered tool shank accepting hole 51 formed at the tip part of a main shaft 50, a tool shaft 17 to be mounted with a tool by being rotatably supported by a tool holder 13 around its own center axis line at an eccentric position eccentric from the center of the tool shank 11, and a rotor vane type air pressure motor 18 to rotatively drive the tool shaft 17 around its own center axis line are provided.
