PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a positive prevention of removal of a soft bag containing liquid which is completely stored inside a surrounding wall of a stand even if the stand is inclined together with the bag in such a way that a pouring port formed at a front side upper corner section of the bag faces downward. SOLUTION: A rear wall section 24 of a surrounding wall 23 enclosing a rear edge of a soft bag 10 containing liquid therein stored while it is being set upright inside the surrounding wall is set to be high. The rear wall section 24 is provided with a slit 25 holding deeply an upper end 11 of the bag and a rear side corner section 15 of a rear edge section while cutting into from the upper end. A front wall 26 of the surrounding wall enclosing a front edge of the bag 10 is provided with a downward-directed slit 27. A front side corner section 16 having a pouring port 14 at an upper end front edge of the bag 10 is cut to form a slit 27 and then the corner section is protruded forwardly.
