PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an air space on a top by forming an expansion width of a folded gusset so that its width in the vicinity of an intersection of cuts which are slantly cut toward a barrel on both sides of a bottom with a barrel is the maximum and it gradually narrows toward a mouth in an approximately isosceles triangular shape. SOLUTION: The filling container made of a soft packaging material comprises a container body 1 including surface and rear faces 3 made of the soft packaging material and gussets 4 made of the similar material, and a nozzle 2, wherein a lower end is a bottom 5, an upper end is a mouth 6, and both sides of the mouth 6 are shoulders 7, while both sides of the bottom 5 corresponding to the shoulders 7 are cuts 9 slantly cut toward a barrel 8. An expansion width of the folded gusset 4 is the maximum in the vicinity of an intersection of the cut 9 and the barrel 8 and gradually narrows toward the mouth 6 in an approximately isosceles rectangular shape having angles of 5 to 60 deg. and 15 to 30 deg. formed by isosceles sides when contents are filled. Residual air ratios should be 0.6 to 1.5% and less than 2.5%.
