OPTICAL DISK STORAGE CASE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an optical disk storage case of a material suitable for maintaining the global environment and resources therein and provide the case with cushioning properties so that the stored optical disk is not damaged when the excessive force is applied at the time of carriage. SOLUTION: An optical disk storage case 10 is constituted of an exterior section 20 formed of a paper cover 20B and a mounting base 20A connected together by a connecting section 29 and a disk holder 30 formed of a non-woven cloth or a paper material on which an optical disk holding boss 31 is formed. The superior cushioning properties are provided by the flexibility of the non- woven cloth or the paper material and the flexibility of the paper material constituting the exterior section 20. Two pawls 26C, 26C are formed on two side faces of the mounting sheet 20A to prevent securely the slipping-off of the optical disk at the time of carriage.
