PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testicle replacement changed in dimension by an external operation according to the growth of a male child using it. SOLUTION: In Fig., a reference numeral 1 denotes a 'rubber ball' container formed in a rotational oblong circle shape as a replacement testicle, and its dimension (long diameter) is equal (e.g. long diameter of 2 cm) to a prepubertal area when it is not expanded. However, when it is expanded by sticking an injection 3 into its navel 2 and supplying work fluids 4 therein, its size is adjusted to an optional size at an optional point of time, up to the size (e.g. long diameter of 4 cm) of a postpubertal area. Even if it is expanded by an internal corrugation 5, the rotational oblong circle shape of the testicle is maintained.
