PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet cover for a toilet seat which enables easily handling thereof and resists breaking even if some degree of tension is applied thereon. SOLUTION: In a sheet cover for a toilet seat provided with an opening part or a cutting line 14 for the formation of the opening part at the central part of a sheet material 12, the sheet material 12 is folded in a belt along a segment in a specified direction so that the central part 20 containing the opening part or the cutting line 14 of the sheet material 12 overlaps the outside part 19 without the opening part 13 nor the cutting line 14 on both sides of the central part 20.
