PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conveniently and effectively use a vacuum jacket container and a heater individually while a content liquid of the vacuum jacket container is being heated or/and cooled by a heating source. SOLUTION: This vacuum jacket pot is equipped with a heating base 3 having a heating source 2 which applies a heating action or/and a cooling action to a container on a heating face 1, a vacuum double pot main body 4 which is fitted on the heating base 3 in such a manner that the pot main body 4 may receive the heating action or/and the cooling action, and also, may be detachable, a discharging passage 5 which is provided in the pot main body 4 and guides a content liquid to the outside, and a discharging pump 6 which discharges the content liquid in the pot main body 4 to the outside through the discharging passage 5. By this constitution, in addition to a combined usage of the heating base 3 and the pot main body 4, by separating the heating base 3 and the pot main body 4, individual usages wherein respective heating action and heat insulation and cold insulation functions are made the best of, are made available as well.
