PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guiding wire serving as a guide for the introduction of a prothesis model when the prothesis model (implant model) is buried in a thighbone filled with cement, and an instrument for preventing the flowing-in of cement from a boundary portion (gap) between guiding wire insertion holes penetrating the prothesis model. SOLUTION: A cement deflector 55 for a prothesis implant is used for prothesis surgery when a prothesis model 50 having an insertion port (main body portion) and a hole 49 suitable for housing a guiding wire 31, and provided with a discharge pipe, and/or an prothesis article is employed. It is also provided with a cement deflecting portion made to slide on the guiding wire 31 and operate to tightly seal a boundary portion between the guiding wire 31 and the surface of the tail end of the hole 49.
