PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disassembling tool for a fastening member to smoothly and reliably remove the fastening member, fastened against a base material, from the base material through one-action without damaging the base material. SOLUTION: A disassembling tool comprises a cutting blade 102 having a cutting edge 103 with a diameter smaller than the inside diameters of the fastening holes 1a and 2a of body materials 1 and 2 and having a cutting edge part 104 approximately in a cylindrical shape along a boundary region between the drum part 11b of a fastening member, approximately in parallel with the inner peripheral surfaces of the fastening holes 1a and 2a, and a flange part 11c, a cutting blade support body 200 along the central axial directions of the fastening holes of the base materials 1 and 2, and a cutting force providing means 300 causing the cutting edge part of the cutting blade 102 to cut through the fastening member along the central axial direction of the fastening holes of the base materials 1 and 2 and applying a cutting force, cutting the fastening part of the fastening member, on the cutting blade 102. When the fastening part of the fastening member is cut by the cutting blade 102, a contact member 500 making contact with the base material 1 is arranged at the cutting blade support body 200.
