The invention relates to novel compounds of general formula (1) in which n represents a whole number ranging from 1 to 20; each R<12> independently represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl radical; R<1> is selected from an oxygen atom, from a sulfur atom or from the groups NR<2>, NOR<2> and N-NR<2>R<3>; R<7> represents a radical -OH, OR<9>, -OC(O)R<9>, -OC(S)R<9>, -OC(O)NHR<9>, -OC(S)NHR<9> or O(CHR<12>)nR<10>, and; R<10> represents a radical -NHR<2>, -NR<2>R<3>, -C(O)OR<2>, -C(S)OR<2>, -C(O)NR<2>R<3>, -CN, NR<2>C(O)NR<2>R<3>, -OC(O)NR<2>R<3>, -NR<2>C(S)NR<2>R<3>, -OC(S)NR<2>R<3> or C(O)NHR<11>. The inventive compounds are capable of influencing the regeneration of neural tissue. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing compounds of this type and to the use thereof for treating defective neural tissue. |
