PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the operability of a slip generating device by easily fitting it to an automobile, and even if once fitted, by causing a slip phenomenon only when it is necessary. SOLUTION: In a forcibly slip-condition generating device provided to the body 5 of an automobile C, a pair of units U consisting of a wheel 10 capable of grounding, a bracket 13 for rotatably journaling the wheel 10, a rotating shaft 17 provided to the bracket 13 and oscillating the wheel 10 by the rotation, and a bearing part 20 for journaling the rotating shaft 17 are provided, and these units U are connected by a connecting member, so that the unit U is rotatably supported by a base member 35 attached to the body 5. The unit U is forwardly or rearwardly moved by a driving mechanism 40 so that the wheel 10 is positioned both in the grounding position A where the wheel 10 is ground to lift up the rear wheel WR and in the ground-releasing position B for releasing the grounding of the wheel 10. Thereby, the wheel 10 is positioned in the grounding position A and the ground-releasing position B by forwardly or rearwardly moving the unit U by means of the driving mechanism 40.
