PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet paper holder which enables placing of hand-carried articles. SOLUTION: There are arranged a top plate 5 horizontal to a toilet paper holder 1 and drawer part 7 which is housed into the topboard 5 to be slidable longitudinally and the drawer part 7 is slid to the upper to build a tray 6. In other words, the drawer part 7 is pulled out of the top plate 5 to allow placing of a cellular telephone, cosmetics and the like. This also enables replacement of paper with the articles left thereon.
