摘要

FIELD: biology, embryology, animal husbandry. SUBSTANCE: chamber includes changeable cassette. It has working passages in form of slots bounded with ferrule on the outside. Bioobject containers are placed in passages of changeable cassette. Provision is made for crystallization initiating device which is located in cooling agent supply passage. It is made in form of tube whose upper end is connected with valve and lower end holds shut-off plug; wall of lower part of tube has capillary holes. Such position of bioobjects excludes their freezing-out during transfer of them to storage. EFFECT: reduced consumption of cooling agent; improved quality of freezing. 1 dwg
