FIELD: heating disintegrators used in local heating systems with water heating during its transfer due to energy liberated in transition of dynamic head to static one, friction between liquid and disintegrator walls, and in disintegration of microorganisms by hydraulic impact and cavitation effect. SUBSTANCE: rotation of liquid in disintegrator spiral insert and in spiral plate results in increase of friction between liquid and spiral members and its perpendicular branch pipe with simultaneous increase of duration of its treatment in circular channel between rotor and body. Temperature is regulated without stopping of disintegrator by means of liquid circulation bypassing the spiral insert and reducing the time of liquid treatment in circular channel, its heating. Heating disintegrator operates automatically from thermal relay. EFFECT: higher efficiency of device operation. 4 dwg
