FIELD: materials handling. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to loading of loose materials into open vehicles, such as railway cars, trucks, and transportation of material with prevention of blowing out of fine particles of materials from vehicles into ambient atmosphere. It can be used in coal industry at coal carriage by rail. Prior to loading loose material into vehicle, material is separated into large and small fractions (over-size and undersize products). Then undersize product is loaded on which protective layer of oversize product is formed over entire length of vehicle. Having formed protective layer, small-size particles of material stick to layers are driven into layer of material by jets of liquid. EFFECT: prevention of contamination of atmosphere in process of loading and transportation of loose materials, such as coal, cutting down shipment losses, cost of loading and provision of protection of carried loose material. 2 dwg
