FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has tie rod being a screw connected with bearing wing-nut placed inside cylindrical casing and provided with a set of removable hooks. The cylindrical casing has two penetrating slots on its opposite sides, knurling on the outer surface and concave end face surface for making stable rest engagement with the bone. At least two openings are done along the tie rod length in the plane spreading in perpendicular to hook direction. The openings are used for mounting fixing member in them through casing slots. The device is fixed on the bone in this way depending on wound depth. EFFECT: excluded shock action; provided smooth mode in extracting nail from bone; avoided complications. 1 dwg
