FIELD: chemical-pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition of bis-phosphonic acids for wet granulation and method of their preparing. Pharmaceutical compositions of bis-phosphonic acids and their salts are obtained by technology of wet granulation of tablet formulas. These compositions are prepared without addition of binding agent using drug as binding agent. Invention provides treatment of patients with pathological disorders associated with metabolism of calcium or phosphorus, in part, for treatment and prophylaxis of diseases related with osseous resorption.
