FIELD: integral structures for chemical treatment, particularly, accelerated mixing of chemicals and their reacting. SUBSTANCE: device has several plates connected together and provided with inlets and outlets, and interconnected by group of channels intersecting in them, and passing one or several chemicals. The plates contain substance selected for compatibility with one or more channels. Channels are formed so that chemicals are combined in their intersections with sufficient angle of attack in the form of scissors, and chemical reactions are not limited by mass transfer. Chemicals are introduced through inlets and reacted along channel, and desired product is discharged through outlets. Plates are selected from substances with elements of III, IV or V group of Periodic table of elements.
