FIELD: wind power engineering. SUBSTANCE: power unit consists of round body made in form of torus consisting of at least three sections; each section includes fan and three generators with impeller. Stable power of unit is obtained due to structural features which ensure smoothing of air flow at any time and at section of unit. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency due to change of impeller profile and due to control of density (pressure), viscosity and resistance of air filler of torus. 2 cl, 3 dwg
