FLYING SHEARS TOOL FOR DIVIDING BENT SECTIONS

FIELD: rolled stock production, namely cutting tools mounted in flow of section bending mills. SUBSTANCE: cutters in the form of two stationary cutting die-halves are mounted on stationary support of flying shears. Die-halves have mutually joined horizontal and vertical grooves forming profile of working portion corresponding to outer and inner contours of section to be cut. Die-halves are mounted on inlet and outlet removable guides with grooves corresponding to height and width of cut section. Inlet guide is flared one. Cutter is in the form of wedge-shaped cutting punch with cutting edges inclined one relative to another by angle equal to 90-100 degrees. EFFECT: simplified flying shears tool. 4 dwg
