SUBSTANCE: cutter includes one cutting edge arranged in cutting plane parallel relative to rotation axis of blank. In order to improve turning process, cutting edge has portions designed for independent successive use at cutting process with the aid of cushions at keeping cutting edge angle equal to zero.
