SUBSTANCE: invention proposes disintoxicating solution for carrying out dialysis with sorption effect used in suppurative surgery containing calcium chloride, sodium chloride, magnesium chloride, chlorhexidine bigluconate at the following ratio of components, g/1 l of solution: calcium chloride, 0.19-0.25; sodium chloride, 2.5-3.8; potassium chloride, 0.1-0.15; magnesium chloride, 0.02-0.1; chlorhexidine bigluconate, 0.2-0.21; and high-molecular dextran fraction of molecular mass 150-80 Da and content 2-4 g/l as waste from dextran production, the balance up to 1 l of activated carbon.
