摘要 The invention concerns a method using powder metallurgy for making components capable of being assembled by self-brazing to receiving metal parts, comprising the following steps: a) preparing a molten or liquid mixture of a basic metal powder, with a brazing metal powder and a binding agent. The brazing powder is an alloy comprising at least a melting element in its solidus temperature; b) injecting said mixture in a mould of the component to be produced, the mould being maintained in temperature and time conditions such that the binding agent gains consistency; c) removing the moulded blank; d) eliminating the binding agent from the blank; e) sintering the blank from which the binding agent has been removed at a temperature higher than that of the brazing powder liquidus temperature but less than self-brazing temperature. The manufacturing method can be applied to a process for repairing components of aeronautical or land gas turbines in superalloy based on Ni, Co or Fe.
