A threaded implant (1) is intended to be screwed into jawbone and, in the screwed-in position, to support a spacer element (5). The implant has a socket arrangement which can cooperate with a tool, for screwing it in, and with the spacer element for securing the latter in the applied position. The arrangement comprises two geometrically separate sockets, of which the first socket can cooperate with the tool and the second socket permits rotational locking of the spacer element (5).
