An inner skin (1) is formed by compression-molding by hot press working waste paper mold recycled cardboard which is made by pulping waste paper such as waste newspaper for molding into a hemisphere form to increase its strength and smooth the inner and outer peripheral surfaces. The inner skin (1) is not concaved when assembling for loading sparkling stars (3) and burst explosives (5) thereinto, can minimize the peeling-off of powder even when the stars (3) scrape against the outer peripheral surface of the inner skin (1), and allows brown paper to be simply pasted on the outer peripheral surface; in addition, it is easily broken into pieces when the stars and burst explosives burst to alleviate an accidental danger at falling and a loss in design effect and enhance productivity. A production jig for such a spherical skyrocket is provided with a set of base units (32a, 32b) having hemispherical, concaved spherical surfaces (38a, 38b) on which to mount hemispherical round case-skins (1a, 1b), and with a hinge (34) for openably joining by hinging the both base units (32a, 32b) so that the hemispherical round case-skins (1a, 1b) abut against each other.
