In the filter, the soot- or metal particles with help from fixing agent are fixed onto the filter fiber and the conducting layer is applied mesh-like onto the filter layer. Filter made of fleece, paper, etc. for gaseous medium has an electrical conducting layer with conducting substance of pulverous material. The filter is especially made of electrically conducting soot and/or pulverous metal particles or another pulverous material.
